Aston Hall Urban Nature Day

Nature is taking over! We want to encourage families, young people, and adults to explore their natural environment and join us for an Urban Nature Day at Aston Hall.

You will explore Aston Hall’s beautiful gardens looking at the plants, animals, and insects and we encourage you to find as many species as possible. You might find species ranging from fungi and snails to moths and birds. Our Natural Science Curator will be on hand to show you how to look for wildlife and how to record what you find.

Environmental charity Wild Earth Movement will help you to get creative and messy with nature. Join them in their summer play kitchen and at the recycled planting station using newspaper and cardboard tubes.

Entrance to the Urban Nature Day in the grounds is free and takes place from 11am - 4pm. Drop-in at any time.
